We collect your email address, IP address, and the idea/invention description you submit. We do not collect payment card data directly — payments are processed by PayPal.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your submission is used solely to generate IP analysis documents for you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Documents and intake data are stored on Google Cloud Storage (US region) and secured MySQL database. Access is restricted to authorized FITTIN personnel.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. California residents may exercise rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents may exercise rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. To submit a request: privacy@fittin.ai
